1. President: Information is available on the CMC. Hotel reservations must be made by 26 Mar 99. The conference is 15 Apr 99. We received a letter from headquarters regarding a $5.00 increase in chapter members dues effective 1 Jul 99. Volunteers are needed for the 1999 Steering Committee NAIC Master Plan. Our next meeting will be 8 Mar 99 at 1000.

2. Executive Vice President: No input.

3. Professional Development: Raelynn Bryan is the primary for the Wright Chapter Conference. Bill Bartlett is the primary chair for professional development. The AMS and CMP will begin in March with help from Joyce Martin.

4. Vice President of Administration: No input. Billye is still on leave but should back to work next week.

5. Awards and Recognition Committee: Kent Bierley has volunteer to review the R-1 files. Nominations for the 1999 Executive of the Year (possibly Mr. Benson), Hall of Fame, Member of the Year, and Publications Contest are due by 15 Apr 99. It was suggested that Col Ryden be nominated for Manager of the Year.

6. Program Committee: A new location needs to be found to hold programs until June. The chapter also needs suggestions for a program for March; possib ly Y2K.
