VAN KUREN CHAPTER OFFICER, CHAIRPERSON,

and EXECUTIVE ADVISOR MEETING MINUTES

Attendance: Raelynn Bryan, Bill Bartlett, Billye Geisinger, Joe Horine

Classes have been scheduled and working on facilitator's. Will be getting advertisement out soon. They are as follows: SMS begins 13 Jan 98; AMS begins 12 Jan 98; CMS begins 21 Jan 98 in 8144.
Newsletter Status: Checking with Wanda as to status of newsletter (is she available?). Raelynn has spoken with Brenda Cooper to help or take over.
Awards Update: The chapter has been credited with additional points - Joe will let us know later where exactly.
Monthly Meeting: Blood Drive will be in conjunction with meeting. The CTFO is ongoing with a positive reaction from those involved.
Operation Shoe Box received 12 boxes due to the conflict with CFC, we will reevaluate procedures.
Salvation Army: Scheduled for 13 Dec and we collected $269.73. Thank you to Joe Horine, Billye Geisinger, Raelynn Bryan, Kent Bierley.
Blood Drive is scheduled for 17 Dec 97. Raelynn needs volunteers to help set up the auditorium today and escorting tomorrow.
Board Meeting News: Raelynn asked for monthly minutes. Goals have been finished.
Financial Report: Our finances are dwindling and we need to work on this for operating costs. Ideas were asked from all officers and committee chairs. Raelynn will order the NMA calendars for members.
