    3. The Chapter still wants to compile a guide/catalogue of classes offered by the Van Kuren Chapter.
  4. The Membership Committee Chairperson reported that the Van Kuren Chapter membership roster has been compiled for the 1996-1997 year. Information was faxed to HQ. The Financial Officer reported that the check covering the membership dues has been forwarded to HQ. We are now in legal standing with HQ.
  5. Vice-President Rae reported that a permanent "standing" monthly meeting date for officer meetings has been established as 3rd Tues of every month. 1. Joyce Martin has volunteered to work on a Member Relations training program. The Van Kuren Chapter needs to place more emphasis on their new and potential members. Folks are not going to join or remain members if they don't understand what the Chapter offers in education and self-development. Also, everyone needs to know how to become involved, who to contact, etc. Joyce will locate what is recommended in the HQ training manual starting with new member indoctrination.
