    • The National NMA is increasing their share of membership dues from $30 to $35. Chapter membership costs will stay the same at $40 per year. The chapter will find other ways to make up for the lost membership revenues.

    • Chapter to be involved with local Manager of the Year Award and the call for nominations for local Manager of the Year has been announced building-wide by the Chapter officers. Nominations will be collected by the President and Vice-President and then presented to the Board of Directors who will then rank and select the 1999 winner. The winner will be announced at the Annual Awards Luncheon on 14 June 1999.
