Board of Directors Meeting Minutes - 10 June 1997

ATTENDEES:  TOM MULLINS (CHAIRPERSON),
            MICHAEL BACHMAN,    
            LARRY ORCUTT,
            KENT BIERLEY

1. The NMA board met at 1400 on Tuesday, 10 June, 1997.
2. $5.00 dues discount may not be affordable this year. Board would approve if officers request, but with no request (accompanied by financial evidence it is affordable), no Board action is anticipated.
3. Assembling election ballot is pending a full slate of candidates for all officers and 2 Board vacancies. Plan slate done by 13 Jun.
4. Will know the new newsletter name with release of next issue
5. May need more financial details/accounts, e.g. spend-vs-budget statements?
6. NMA chapter Web Page
7. Buckeye Council and Chapter schedule items (all/most already in e-mail and/or web page)
