The highlights of this report are:
  • Ross's Goose
  • Tree Swallow

On March 2nd, seen at Buck Creek State Park was a first of the season Tree Swallow; as well as Gadwall, Mallard, Ring-necked Duck, Greater Scaup, Lesser Scaup, Bufflehead, and Common Merganser.

On March 3rd, seen at Englewood MetroPark north park were Swainson's Thrush, Red-tailed Hawk, Turkey Vulture, Killdeer, Black Duck, Green-winged Teal, Hooded Merganser, Red-winged Blackbird, Brown-headed Cowbird, Common Grackle, and Eastern Meadowlark.

On March 3rd, a Ross's Goose was observed at Cowan Lake, and a Red-breasted Nuthatch was seen at a Wilmington residence feeder.
