The highlights of this report are:

A White-winged Scoter was seen at Cowan Lake on February 17th, as well as Redhead, Ring-necked Duck, American Wigeon, Northern Pintail, and Bufflehead.
On February 16th seen at Aullwood Gardens were Eastern Bluebird, Turkey Vulture, Yellow-bellied Sapsucker; Downy and Red-bellied Woodpecker; Belted Kingfisher, and Tufted Titmouse.
On February 16th, observed at the gravel pit on Roxanna-New Burlington Rd. were Tundra Swan, Canvasback, American Wigeon, Black Duck, Northern Pintail, Common Merganser, and Sandhill Crane.
Seen at Englewood MetroPark on February 15th were an immature Bald Eagle, Red-tailed Hawk, Northern Pintail, Black Duck, Hermit Thrush, and Brown Creeper.
Observed at a private feeder in Centerville on February 15th was a Red-shouldered Hawk.
On February 15th, seen at Spring Valley Wildlife Area were Sandhill Crane, Red-shouldered Hawk; Swamp and White-crowned Sparrow; and Blue Jay.
On February 15th, observed at Caesar Creek Lake were Black and Turkey Vulture; Red-throated Loon, Common Goldeneye, Lesser Scaup, and Killdeer. Purple Finches were seen at the visitor's center feeder.
