About Dayton Internet
Dayton Internet was
incorporated in the State of Ohio (Charter # 881636) as FirstNet Information
Systems, in August 1994. Public internet access started that same month. The
name was changed to the current name on March 15, 1995.
The original
location at 3131 South Dixie Drive was vandalized on November 26, 1995,
however access to the internet was only interrupted for a little over 2
hours. In July 1996, Dayton Internet relocated to its current location in
downtown Dayton.
Dayton Internet is registered with Dunn and Bradstreet. The
Federal Tax ID number is 31-1416140, and the Ohio Tax ID number is
89-272854.
